Office Refurbishment

Enhance the look and image of your workplace with a complete office refurbishment.

The existing carpet tiles and suspended ceiling were removed.

The perimeter of the office was dry-lined using 50mm British Gypsum metal stud and boarded with 12.5mm plasterboard. Insulation was installed within the void to reduce the heating costs and eliminate the noise created by rain hitting the metal fabric of the building.

A new 600mm*600mm lay in grid suspended ceiling was installed with a Armstrong Dune tegular tile and recessed lights.

New Komfort 600 series demountable partitions were installed featuring double glazed full height windows with integrated blinds, to form the Managing Directors office, Financial Directors office and seperate open plan office area.

The new walls and linings were finished with a classic white vinyl and grey skirting and cover trims.

The last step was to install the new carpet and hand the area back to the client all within 7 days.
